Return & Refund Policy

30-day free return policy

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. For eligible returns, Yeeshone charges no return processing or restocking fee and covers return shipping, including returns for fit, preference, or a change of mind.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging. Items marked Final Sale, intimate apparel, and items identified as non-returnable on the product page cannot be returned, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

How to Start a Free Return

Email support@yeeshone.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photos. We will provide the approved return address and a prepaid return label or another no-cost return shipping arrangement. Please do not send an item back before receiving our instructions.

Pack the item securely and keep the tracking information until the return is complete. No return shipping charge or processing fee will be deducted from an approved refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds include the item price and applicable sales tax and are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds. Any original outbound shipping charge is not refunded for a change-of-mind return; it is refunded if we shipped a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges and Cancellations

We do not offer direct exchanges. To choose another size, color, or item, return the eligible item and place a new order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch.

Shipping Rates

For delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada, standard shipping costs US$6.90 and is free for orders of US$59.90 or more. Amazon Logistics costs US$12.90.

For delivery to Australia and New Zealand, standard shipping costs US$8.90 and is free for orders of US$59.90 or more. Amazon Logistics costs US$14.90.
